• Salesforce CRM Integration: Extracted data is seamlessly mapped to Salesforce objects (Invoice__c, Invoice_Line__c) through Apex logic.
• End-to-End Automation: Once extracted and validated, invoice records and line items are automatically created in Salesforce.

1. Document Sharing & Storage

• Incoming invoices are sent via email with PDF attachments.
• Attachments are securely stored in Salesforce Files, ensuring compliance and centralized access.

• A Service Agent built with Prompt Builder (Flex) analyzes the invoice PDF.
• Extracts key header-level fields (Invoice Number, Vendor, Date, Total Due) and line-level details (Item, Quantity, Price, Tax).
• Uses semantic chunking and contextual prompts to ensure robust parsing across different invoice formats.

3. Salesforce Record Creation (via Apex)

• An Apex class consumes the extracted data from the Agentforce response.
• Creates parent Invoice__c and child Invoice_Line__c records while maintaining relationships

• Agentforce-Powered Extraction: AI Service Agent trained via Prompt Builder ensures accurate invoice parsing.
• Contextual Understanding: Retrieves and interprets invoice sections with higher precision.
